IMy work is about creating quirky tactile environments. These sculptures, drawings and installations act to surprise and sometimes inform the audience. They are frequently based on the geometry of nature - viral, somatic, organic forms.

I approach materials with the curiosity and interest in discovery of a scientist exploring new methods. I am constantly learning new methods and enjoy playing with a mix of traditional and non-traditional environments to create physically appealing (and sometimes repellent) works.

Recent projects have moved out of the gallery space into the world at large. I am interested in relating to people within their community and creating works that explore culture and environment.
