A project idea which would involve using a coffee cart to sell coffee at its "true life cost." This cost accounts for the cost of the environmental degradation incured by the growing/roasting/transporting/packaging/disposal of the coffee and all of its associated products (milk, sugar, cup, lid, stirrers) and taking into account living wages for all workers involved and the cost of all processes without subsidies. I would love to set it up in the Wall Street area of Lower Manhattan.
